Deposit:
Non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all bookings.
All deposits to be made via bank transfer.
Deposit to be made within 24 hours of booking.
Confirmation:
Booking confirmation will be sent via email.
Balance:
Balance to be paid via bank transfer or cash BEFORE service is complete.
Rescheduling:
48 hours before original appointment = no additional cost
Cancellations:
To be done 48 hrs before appointment via email or whatsapp
Tardiness:
10 minute grace period
Late without notification results in automatic cancellation
Services provided after grace period are at the discretion of beautician
